NetTracker
Enterprise 7.0
NetTracker Enterprise provides more detailed and dynamic Web analysis than any other "entry or mid-level" Web analytics solution. NetTracker Enterprise is licensed for analyzing multiples sites and therefore is ideal for organizations that have multiple Web sites or intranets to monitor or for ISPs and Web hosting companies that want to provide their virtually hosted customers with Web site traffic reports. NetTracker Enterprise provides everything that you've read about under NetTracker Professional. For instance, you can use NetTracker Enterprise to view the individual clickstream path of each visitor to your Web site, to analyze use of dynamically generated Web site content, and to measure site response times and page delivery. NetTracker Enterprise measures site "stickiness" via repeat, new and unique visitor behavior analysis. Use NetTracker Enterprise to segment your Web site visitors by actions performed and content viewed as well as to measure the effectiveness of your banner ad campaigns. The additional reporting capabilities that differentiate NetTracker Enterprise from NetTracker Professional are: Analysis of multiple Web sites NetTracker
Enterprise allows you to analyze Web server log files from multiple Web
sites. Therefore, it is perfect for large organizations, universities,
ISPs, and Web hosting companies.
Analysis of multiple profiles of a Web site Some
organizations want or need a completely separate set of Web analytics reports
for a specific section of their Web site. For instance, Ford Motor Company
may want to have a completely separate set of reports (Referrer Summary,
Keyword Summary, Ad Campaign Summary, Link Summary, Page Delivery Summary,
etc.) for each of their models of cars. Therefore they could, for example,
set up a NetTracker Enterprise license to track www.fordvehicles.com/mustang,
www.fordvehicles.com/taurus, www.fordvehicles.com/thunderbird, and so on.
Analysis of your streaming media clips NetTracker's
streaming media reports provide detailed analysis about how many people
are playing clips from your server, how many they are playing at a time,
which clips they are playing, when they are playing them, how often each
clip is downloaded, the number of clips downloaded on specific dates, days,
weeks, months, and much more. NetTracker also allows you to group clips
into content groups so that you can analyze which types of clips are most
popular on your site.
Analysis of your employees' online behavior NetTracker's
proxy server / firewall reports allow you to view each of your employees'
Web surfing activities. Analyze total time online, sites visited, pages
viewed on each site, bandwidth used and more. Report on users by department,
individual or any grouping you like. Drill down to view the pages that
each user has viewed, the date and time of each visit and more.
Analysis of traffic on your FTP site Use
NetTracker to analyze the traffic to your FTP site. Analyze which files
are downloaded, when, and how frequently and which directories of files
are most popular. NetTracker's FTP server reports provide detailed information
about the number of downloads and sessions on your FTP site per day, week,
month, or day of the week. In addition, they allow you to analyze visitors
(by user name, domain, or host) who have downloaded files from your FTP
site, the duration of their visits, and each of the files that they downloaded.
A combination of all of the above You
can use a licensed copy of NetTracker Enterprise to analyze any combination
of the above. For instance you could use NetTracker Enterprise 5 (a 5 "site"
license) to analyze 1 FTP site, 1 proxy server, 1 streaming media site,
and 2 Web sites. You'll just need to keep in mind that one licensed copy
of NetTracker (in this case one licensed copy of NetTracker Enterprise
5) can only be installed on one server. You can however use NetTracker
to easily automate the process of FTPing the logs from all of these "sites"
that you are tracking to the server where NetTracker is installed.
Use NetTracker Enterprise to view overall usage of multiple Web sites, streaming media servers, proxy servers, firewalls, and FTP sites.
