Product extensions are additional
NetTracker tools that enhance your Web analysis with additional reporting
functionality, ease of integration with partner technology and more.
NetTracker Data Conduit for Vignette The
NetTracker
Data Conduit for Vignette provides direct integration between the NetTracker
eBusiness Edition and Vignette's content management platforms. The NetTracker
Data Conduit for Vignette can be configured to harvest the content that
was served to visitors through Vignette's custom URLS (CURLs) and load
it directly into the NetTracker eBusiness Edition's dynamic Web summaries
for analysis with visitor clickstream behavior.
Without
the NetTracker Data Conduit for Vignette, your NetTracker Page Summary
would simply present the custom URLs generated for each Vignette-served
page on your Web site. While these CURLs technically contain rich information
about the specific content on each of these pages, they are somewhat cryptic
and for that reason uninformative in your Page Summary.
However,
when you use the NetTracker Data Conduit for Vignette, your NetTracker
Page Summary provides much more valuable information about the content
actually served to your visitors. Page names are harvested from the CURLs
and presented in your NetTracker Page Summary.
NetTracker Data Conduits for MySQL, ODBC, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Sybase databases The
NetTracker
Data Conduits provide direct integration between NetTracker 6.0 and
external MySQL, ODBC, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Sybase databases. The NetTracker
Data Conduits pull customer and product data from the databases directly
into NetTracker summaries, so that online marketing managers can view,
for instance, each visitor's name, company, address, phone number and the
names of the products that were viewed, directly in each NetTracker summary.
E-business analysis can be taken to a newly integrated level within NetTracker
by viewing customer or product data from external sources directly in NetTracker
summaries along with clickstream analysis.
The NetTracker Web server plug-ins allow your Web server to log whether or not a request was aborted and how long a file transfer took (in seconds). The plug-ins also allow the server to generate and log visitor identification cookies. Sessionizing - the process by which NetTracker groups page views into visits - is much more accurate when cookies are used. If
you're looking for a desktop application that offers NetTracker's detailed
Web site traffic reporting capabilities, along with site mapping, analysis,
verification and deployment features, check out the award-winning COAST
WebMaster Pro.
